Adam Stanley

Adam Stanley is a self-motivated leader with over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry. He has a strong track record of effectively monitoring, coordinating, and communicating strategic objectives across organizations to drive success. Adam previously served as the Director of Maintenance for one of the top U.S. charter operators and spent 15 years at Gulfstream Aerospace, where he managed FAST team operations, providing global support for AOG aircraft. His dedication to aviation safety and quality, combined with his passion for continuous improvement, has been a hallmark of his career. An Ohio native, Adam is a proud graduate of the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics.

Everrett Chow

Head of Certification and Structures Lead (Contractor)
Everett Chow leads MegaJet Group aircraft modification and conversion projects with over 40 years of aviation expertise. As MegaJet’s Certification and Structures Lead, he heads a team of skilled engineers and DERs who deliver innovative solutions for passenger-to-freighter and transport-to-VIP conversions.
Everrett’s extensive experience includes a key role in the Boeing 747 Super Tanker project, where he taken part in structural certification of the retardant tanks and other system functional components. As an FAA Designated Engineering Representative (DER), he specializes in aircraft reconfigurations, structural repairs, aircraft conversions, and system component qualifications. His technical knowledge and FAA certification experience ensures that MegaJet’s aircraft modifications meet the highest industry standards and regulatory requirements.


Jon Shoemake
Head of Electrical DER (Contractor)
In addition to being a Systems and Equipment Electrical DER with over 30 years’ experience in certification of aircraft modifications Jon is also an effective program manager and seasoned leader. With an emphasis on special mission aircraft modification, Jon has accumulated extensive expertise in design and certification of unusual and specialty aircraft.
During his career Jon has acted in various roles including program management, FAA certification management, electrical systems DER support, electrical systems design and installation engineering.
Significant relevant experience includes

Evergreen B747 Supertanker. Lead electrical engineer, electrical DER, Designed delivery system controls and indication systems for aerial firefighting aircraft.
